Returns Policy

All sale items are final. No returns or exchange on sale items.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions

These items must be unused and in original condition. Goods that has been worn or used will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges

If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different product or colour, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

We are aware there is a slight delay to deliveries with Australia Post. Please be understanding as this is beyond our control. We will try our best to send out your orders as as soon as we can to avoid long delays.

Processing Times

All orders require minimum 1-2 business days of processing time regardless of shipping method (FREE or Express) chosen during check out.

Standard Delivery

*Up to 5 working days from the date you receive your confirmation email stating the order has been shipped depending on your location. Orders may take up to 7 business days to deliver to Western Australia.

For cities other than WA: If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business working days, please allow another 3 more days for you to receive your orders before you reaching out to us.

Express Shipping

Express is guaranteed next day delivery + 1-2 business days for processing. This excludes public holidays and weekends. 

The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and
in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Next day delivery does
not apply if you are located outside the Express Post network. 

Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and
Post Office boxes. Express post next day delivery does not apply if you
are from Western Australia, it may take longer to arrive.
